in an industry that grew richer and richer while forgetting where all the magic came from. In a world dominated by ultra-optimistic alpha geeks, he was a craftsman, a courageous critic, and a soulful, authentic human being.

He was as real a friend as anyone could be: genuinely interested in the people he cared about and their loved ones; loyal, honest, and a center of gravity for those he loved. Today, the world looks a bit greyer without him. My condolences to his family and all his dear friends.
