"Oh, we'd love to have our developers go from code to live in prod in less than 30 minutes, but that is not possible since we're not BIG_CORP" 🙄 I work with multiple small & high-performing companies and the common target is <15 minutes. The leaders do <5 minutes. Yes, really!

Now, @depotdev won't fix all your velocity problems, but they're one of the most exciting players in this area❣️ They're young but they're continuously proving themselves! Building containers on over-powered, self-managed GHA runners is looking like a worse and worse idea!
