- Car is now on day 4 of a 2 day repair, and might need even more work next week. Bill is already at $4500. Have I mentioned how much I hate cars lately?
- For the nth time, HSR in the USA wouldn't be about coast-to-coast service, but about linking regional cities, because that's where the demand is. LA to SF and LA to Vegas are both busier flight corridors than LA to NYC! Even Japan started w Tokyo to Osaka, not Hokkaido to Kyushu.Replying to @revenant_MMXXPlanes make far more economic sense for a country as huge as the US. You are never going to see HSR from NYC to LA that's as affordable as a flight for the same, and smaller cities in the interior would never have enough passenger load. x.com/AsteriWilde/st…
