Pembelajaran yang semula secara keseluruhan dapat dilakukan tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di suatu lembaga pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola jalannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan atau wakil kepala sekolah SMK dari semua provinsi di Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK menggunakan berbagai macam media digital. Kendala yang paling tinggi yaitu pada sinyal internet. Tempat pelaksanaan untuk pembelajaran praktik yaitu di sekolah dengan prosedur yang paling sering digunakan yaitu fasilitas cuci tangan. Proporsi pembelajaran yang paling sesuai yaitu 20% PJJ vs 80% PTM. Waktu kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka mulai dilaksanakan mayoritas dalam waktu dekat. Efektivitas sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu lebih banyak yang menyatakan tidak efektif. Pembelajaran jarak jauh tidak lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka, tidak membuat nilai akademik siswa lebih meningkat, dan tidak cocok diterapkan sebagai pembelajaran masa depan di Indonesia. Sebagian besar kepala sekolah tidak setuju bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah untuk diikuti, membuat siswa lebih paham terhadap pelajaran, dan informasi yang diberikan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah diterima. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran jarak jauh sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman dan dapat diandalkan dalam masa pandemi.

Seeing the condition of residents who are experiencing economic problems in urban areas, the PKM Entrepreneurship Team created a work program related to the economic development of North Bekasi residents, precisely at Jalan KH Muchtar Tabrani No. 8 Magra Mulya Village, North Bekasi, and used this work program as a form of student creativity. Cultivating sangkuriang catfish is a promising business to be involved in nowadays. The high demand for fish on the market and a stable catfish market make catfish farming attractive. Sangkuriang catfish cultivation in the Magra Mulya area has certain advantages, namely that the condition of the area is quite suitable for catfish cultivation because of the warm temperature. Apart from that, the cultivation of catfish in the Magra Mulya area is supported by
the local community, because the community has the enthusiasm to take part in the sale and cultivation of the sangkuriang catfish. However, there are several problems, namely that the land area is only 250 m2, and only a few catfish ponds are available. The problems encountered in cultivating sangkuriang catfish include (1) relatively high rainfall in Magra Mulya Village, North Bekasi; (2) a land area of 250 m2, but there are still a few catfish ponds; (3) marketing of catfish, which is still done door to door. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work motivation (X1) and e-learning training (X2) on employee performance (Y) with competency (Z) as an intervening variable at KPP Pratama Mataram Barat. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at KPP Pratama Mataram Barat. The sample used in this study are 90 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the correlation between the independent variables work motivation (X1) and e-learning training (X2) on the dependent variable (Y) with competency (Z) as an intervening variable. The research results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on competence (coefficient 0.384), e-learning training has a positive and significant effect on competence (coefficient 0.524), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.223), e-learning training has an effect positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.264), competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.479), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through competence (coefficient 0.184) and e-learning training has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee competency (coefficient 0.251).

Plans for reopening face-to-face teaching activities in schools in the middle of a pandemic need ... more Plans for reopening face-to-face teaching activities in schools in the middle of a pandemic need to be prepared with maturity. One of the things that schools and districts need to prepare is to ensure that strict health protocols are implemented and supported by the necessary facilities and supplies, including the availability of water, sanitation, and hygiene. This policy study is structured to find out how far the availability is.
Access to sanitation facilities in schools, especially in small and medium-sized schools. Data analysis shows that the availability of the basic school services index on water, sanitation, and hygiene for all levels of education is still low; more schools have not met the three indicators of the school sanitation index compared to schools that have already met the service.
Basic. At the SME level, the majority of schools have a sanitation index on limited services. This suggests that most SMEs only have basic access to one or a maximum of two water, sanitation, or cleanliness indicators. In this regard, strategies can be taken to prepare access to water, sanitation, and hygiene in front of the school, to accelerate the completion of the availability of school sanitation facilities, to campaign for clean and healthy behavior in the school environment, to impose a system of monitoring the sanitation conditions of schools, and to give appreciation to any progress made by the districts and schools.

This is due to the well-being factor of the farmer's profession that still doesn't look well and coupled with the multitude of sights that present hedonistic and materialistic lifestyle. This is the land of the Almighty.
The power of a world paradise that no other nation owns. Even Indonesia has never lacked the supply of millennial farmers characterized by the high number of agricultural students in Indonesia, not to mention if added from the data of the College of Agriculture Students. It is time for the Government to give in to the engineering of the balanced supply and demand to create the millennial farmers of Indonesia's future. Because without government intervention it is impossible to solve this problem of farmers' regeneration. In addition, the government needs to initiate a Millennial Farmers Alliance programme that is capable of attracting millennial generations to become farmers. This programme should also be followed by government affirmations by purchasing their agricultural products measured according to standards in order to fill the country's food logistics needs.

The impact of digital leadership on digital transformation in university organizations: an analys... more The impact of digital leadership on digital transformation in university organizations: an analysis of students' views Introduction. Digital leadership must have the ability to adapt to changes in the technological environment. The rapid development of technology demands adjustments to changes that run quickly so that organizational goals can still be achieved. Digital leadership must be formed with the mindset and ability to solve problems and the ability to maintain relationships between members and between teams. This study aims to determine how digital leadership improves digital transformation in university organizational by analyzing student opinions. Study participants and methods. The present quantitative descriptive study samples were students from five faculty in Universitas Terbuka using purposive sampling. The data were gathered from a structured questionnaire survey of 403 respondents. The factor analysis was applied to bring out the Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation variables representing the attributes, and later, the causality between these variables was established using structural equation modelling (SEM). Results. The confirmatory factor analysis has shown that digital leadership was constructed by eight factors, namely digital literacy (0.740), digital vision (0.801), defence (0.820), presence (0.836), communication (0.849), adaptability (0.801), self-awareness (0.783), and cultural awareness (0.760). Digital transformation comprises five factors: strategy and governance (0.343), curriculum and method (0.447), assessment (0.478), self support and development (0.427), infrastructure and resources (0.461). Empirically, digital leadership significantly influences the digital transformation in university organizational with a coefficient value of 0.507 and an R square value of 0.325. Leaders with digital leadership are able to adapt to the rapid development of technology and changes in organizational behaviour. Digital leadership enables leaders to direct, lead and evaluate an organization's digital transformation process. Practical significance. This study examined the influence of Digital Leadership on Digital Transformation. Digital leadership is innovative leadership that supports the implementation of digital transformation in organizational culture to increase the university's competitive advantage. University leaders must have digital leadership skills, including digital literacy, digital vision, defence, presence, communication, adaptability, self-awareness, and cultural awareness. This capability is used by university leaders to execute all problems encountered in the digital transformation process. Finally, the next research recommendation is to provide a digital leadership module for university leaders. Future digital leadership research should also be linked to emotions, followers, gender, and organizational culture.
