Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Eligibility of Returns

Most products are eligible for return, subject to exceptions outlined herein, including customised/installed items, perishable goods, and items for hygienic reasons, unless proven faulty.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items): The following items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or legal reasons:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Foods with short expiry dates or requiring refrigeration
  • Sealed health/hygiene products (cosmetics, foods, toiletries) if the seal is broken
  • Sealed audio, video, or software products if the seal is broken
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (e.g., paints, cooking ingredients)

All returns must be conducted within the stipulated time frame, set at 30 days, subject to alteration at the discretion of Yimbly.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us here immediately with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code
  • Picture and/or video of the fault
  • Description of the fault

Safe Returns

Our customer service team will always advise you on the best way to return your product safely.

Customers are urged to carefully package returns and use trackable return services to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

All large items must be returned in their original packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging for at least 14 days after delivery in case you choose to return your item. If you request the removal of the packaging during delivery, you’ll need to source new packaging if you later decide to return the product. If the original packaging is no longer available, we can arrange repackaging, but this will incur a fee.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection, we'll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days (may vary based on your card issuer).

Refund amounts are contingent upon the reason and timing of the return request. This will not include shipping reimbursement for qualifying items.

If you used a promo code, a proportional deduction may apply to your refund.

We'll automatically refund your money to the payment method(s) you used to pay for the original order.

Order Changes: To change your delivery address or other order details, please contact customer support here as soon as possible.
