Learn More >>We are thrilled to announce the 2025 grant recipients for the Sports 4 Life program – a national initiative co-founded with ESPN – that utilizes the power of sport to build a solid foundation for girls in underserved communities to thrive on and off the field of play. This year, a total of $400,000 has been awarded to 40 organizations helping fuel and diversify sports opportunities for nearly 6,000 girls across 28 traditional and non-traditional sports.

WSF is thrilled to announce our 2025–2026 Tara VanDerveer Fund Recipients! These institutions utilize this grant to support collegiate women coaches on the rise, assisting with living expenses, professional development and mentorship. This year’s cohort includes 11 schools as grantees with programs that span across eight sports, including two new sports for the Fund: ice hockey and swimming & diving.
