Elizabeth Willis was born in 1778, in Newport, County Tipperary, Ireland. She married Jocelyn Macartney Waller in 1796, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 21 Apr 1847, in Outremont, Quebec, Canada, at the age of 69, and was buried in Mount Royal Cemetery, Outremont, Quebec, Canada.
She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
Her married name became Waller. Widow of Thomas Cullen.
