Biography

Charlotte (Varnum) Vond is a part of US Black heritage.

Charlotte Varnum was born around 1827 in New York, United States to Isaac Varnum and Hannah ^[1] Garesson. ^[2]

In 1850, Charlotte was living in Mendon, Monroe, New York, United States with her siblings, Betsey, William, John, and Caroline. ^[3]

Charlotte married William Vond.

Between 1860 - 1894, Charlotte and William were living in Sparta, Kent, Michigan, United States with their children.^{[4] [5] [6][7][8]}

Charlotte passed away on 28 May 1900 in Sparta, Kent County, Michigan, United States. Cancer was the disease that caused her death, with the immediate cause being rupture cardiac compensation. Charlotte was buried on 31 May 1900 at Idlewild Cemetery in Kent City, Kent County, Michigan, United States. ^{[9] [10]}
