Research Notes

1. The reference that Mary's last name at birth may be a conflation with her daughter in law, "Mary Morgan," who married Jean/John Crocheron II, b: 1658 in Flanders. The marriage was celebrated in New York on 28 April 1713/4. She was his 2nd wife. See: ^[3]

2. Without suggesting that these data are correct, for what ever it's worth, on the "Find-a-Grave" page, Marie's birth date is listed there as 1630 on the grave or 1610 in the image caption. Moreover, the place of birth is listed as New York.^[4]
