Per 1820 Prince Edward Co., VA Census a John Perkinson was listed just under a Roulette Perkinson (Rowlett's name was listed on John's daughter's marriage document so I am certain this is the correct John Perkinson:

1800: Per my Cousin Anne Virginia "Jean" Agnew's (b-1872) papers in The Library of Virginia: "May 28,1800, Anderson P. Miller and Martha Parkinson. Note of consent from John Perkinson, father of the bride; witness to his signature, Roulette Perkinson. Bondsmen - John and Roulette Perkinson."
From my cousin Anne Virginia "Jean" Agnew's papers in The Library of Virginia - Richmond, VA: "Prince Edward Co. W. B. 5 p.577. *Will John Perkinson Jan. 31, 1821 -- Dec. 17, 1821. Loving wife, Sarah liberally remembered, Confirms all property heretofore given to his children. Sons Roulette and Edmund land. Daus. Polly Miller (wife of Dabney), Elizabeth Betts, wife of Spencer Betts; Eliza Bolling, wife of Stith Bolling; Patsy Miller dcsd., her children; Nancy Hawkins dcsd. her dau. Nancy Hawkins. Son-in-Law Wm. Doswell; gr. day. Mary Jeffress $100 at my wife's death and her part of her mother's part of my est. Gr. son Samuel D. Family tree above (which agrees with other info. I have discovered) notes Sarah's family name, Rowlett as well as other info.
FamilySearch.org listed John Perkinson as the father of the Martha "Patsey" Perkinson that married Anderson Perkins Miller on 5/22/1800. It is noted John was single at the time of the wedding so assume his wife had died. I could not locate a likely John Perkinson on FamilySearch.org.
My cousin Jean Agnew (b- 1872) papers note John's wife was Sarah of Prince Edward County, Virginia (maiden name not given).
