In the 1871 census Rhoda (age 25) was the daughter of William Niblow on Radnor Street, St Luke, Holborn, London & Middlesex, England.^[5]

Rhoda (full age), daughter of William Niblow a box manufacturer, married William Henry Hockey a messenger on the 22nd July 1871 in St George's Church, Hanover Square, London, Westminster, England. The witnesses were Sarah Niblow and William Niblow.^[6]
