Biography
Marcus Hayward Mitchell was born on January 12, 1797 in Lyme, Grafton, New Hampshire, United States, son of Rotheus Mitchell (1753–~1816) and Hepzibah Hayward (~1762–1848).[1]
Marcus married Lois Noyes (born about 1809). Their children were:
- Juliett Mitchell (~1831– )
- Martha F. Mitchell (~1835– )
- John N. Mitchell (~1840– )
Marcus died on October 14, 1867 in Potsdam, New York, United States, aged 70.
