In 1755 the family was deported to South Carolina aboard the Edward Cornwallis that departed Chignecto on 13 Oct 1755 and arrived in South Carolina on 17 Nov 1755.[6] They do not appear on the 1763 census there and their descendants settled in Louisiana.
