Biography

Isabel Leigh was the daughter of Robert Leigh of Adlington, Cheshire, England, and his second wife, Isabel, the daughter of Sir William Stanley.^[1]

Isabel was the sister of:^[1]

1. Robert Leigh, died 8 December 2 Henry VI, who married Ellin the daughter of Sir Robert Booth of Dunham;
2. Maud who married John Manwaring of Pever;
3. Agnes who married Sir Andrew Brereton;
4. a child who married Unknown Picott of Chetwind;
5. Margaret who married Thomas Mere of Mere;
6. Margaret who married William Damport of Bromhall;

1. Sir Lawrence Warren of Pointon, the son of John Warren of Pointon and his wife, Isabel, the daughter of Sir John Stanley, and Lawrence and Isabel had children:^[2]
