Martha Leggett was born on 4 Jan 1837 in Belton, Lincolnshire, England, United Kingdom. Martha, daughter of Samuel & Grace, was baptised on 13 March 1836 in Epworth, Lincolnshire, England.^[1]

Martha (of full age), son of Samuel Leggott, married Sayles Drewry (of full age), daughter of Robert Drewry, on 21 January 1860 at St George, Doncaster, Yorkshire, England. Note the marriage bond was also posted in York, but the marriage itself was in Doncaster. Martha is noted as resident of Mission, Nottinghamshire. ^{[2] [3]}

In the 1841 census Martha (age 5) was recorded at Carr House, Belton, Lincolnshire, England.^[4]

In the 1871 census Martha (age 34) was recorded with her husband and 5 children in Yorkshire West Riding, England.^[5]

Martha died in 1918 and was buried at Rolla Cemetery, Rolla, Rolette County, North Dakota, United States, with a death date of 14 June 1918.^[6]
