Martha Maud Johnston died on 8 August 1916 in Queensland. Her death was registered in Brisbane.^[1]

Martha was buried at Dunwich Benevolent Asylum Cemetery, Dunwich, Redland City, Queensland, Australia, with a death date of 8 August 1916.^[5][6]
