Biography
Elizabeth was born on 23 April 1843 in Thriplow, Cambridgeshire. She was the daughter of William and Lydia Ison. [1]
In 1851, she was 8 years old and living in Thriplow with her family. [2]
By 1861, she was 18 years old and married to William Gambie. She was living in Thriplow and was mother to Charles Gambie[3]
In 1871, she was 28 years old and still living in Thriplow, along with William, Charles, and Williams Grandparents William Coleman and Mary Bird. [4]
In 1881, she was 38 years old and living with William, Charles, Jane, Elias, and Grace. [5]
In 1891, Elizabeth was living in Middle Street, Thriplow with William and was 48 years old. Harriet, Elias, Grace, Flora, and May were living with her.
In 1901, Elizabeth was 58 and still living in Middle Street along with William. William Hayden was lodging with them. [6]
She passed away in 1906 in Thriplow at the age of 63. [7]
