Hi Lea, have been researching the Fletchers and recently the Hawkins of Hawkins County Nc/Tn now broken up into Hawkins, Hancock, Grainger and Claiborne Counties in Tn. Any info I would have could be on your possible GG,s but have found several of my close Cousins on both sides of my Family using the DNA sites actually messaged with my Mothers Sister Granddaughter which was a 2nd-3rd Cousin match last month.

My kit was thru AncestryDNA, it shows up to 65,000 matches up to now and a couple times a week new matches pop (Sometimes real close matches) up also shows possible Greats up to the 5th Great but they change time to time nothing is 100% sure but I think most is. Do not know about your site but would think it would be close to the same but gotta admit my Daughter helped me set it up a few years ago. Most likely you will have to log on your site and have your kit# ready and give consent or ask friends some may already be on it to help and sometimes there may be a phone# to talk to some one. One other thing when you do get set up everybody that you message will not message back I don,t know if they think its a scam or whatever for me 1 in 5 may get back, hang in there and message anytime you like.
