Elizabeth Grimes (aka Grymes) may have been baptized twice, both times as daughter of Richard Grimes aka Grymes, first at St. Mary in Lambeth, Surrey, England on December 30, 1677, and again on April 13, 1678 at St. Marys, Walthamstow, Essex, England. She was the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Grimes. [Note: Distance of Lambeth from Walthamstow is about 20 miles.]
Elizabeth married John Goozey (aka Goozee, Goozie) on April 3, 1695 at All Hallows London Wall, City of London, London, England. John and Elizabeth resided in the parish St. Botolph, Bishopsgate, City of London, the church of which their children were also baptized. They had the following children: George & Ann (twins?), both bp. on March 10, 1696/97; Richard bp. August 19, 1700; Thomas bp. April 9, 1702; and Abraham b. abt. 1721.
Elizabeth's date and location of death are pending ongoing research.
