Biography

Robert Elwell, son of Robert and Sarah (Gardner) Elwell, was born on 18 Sep. 1688 at Gloucester, Essex, Massachusetts.[1]

He married Jemima Smith, daughter of John Smith, on 1 Nov. 1713.[1]

Robert died on 3 June 1715 at Ipswich, "under the doctor's hands".[1]

Robert and Jemima had one son Jonathan born 14 April 1714.[1]
