My will and desire is that whereas I have given to my son in law, Charles B Clark, who married my daughter, Elizabeth Callaway, the sum of $800 all of which he has in his possession. My will and desire is that all my estate of whatever kinds both real and personal shall remain in the hands of my beloved wife Athaliah Callaway during her natural life or widowhood to Raise & Educate my infant children that is to say my will and desire that they may have a liberal education independently and Exclusive of the Eight hundred Dollars mentioned in this writing and at the death of my said wife all the remaining part of my said Estate after giving Each of the children their Equal part so as to make them Equal with my son in law Charles B. Clark who married my daughter Elizabeth then all the remaining part of my estate of whatever kind both Real and Personal My will is that it may be Equally divided amoungst the whole of my Children hereby Revoking All other writing wills and confirming this my last Will and Testament and I do appoint my wife Athaliah Callaway and James W.
