Thomas (22) married Clara Jane Bandy (21) (born on September 16, 1860 in Belshens Ridge, Tazewell, Virginia) on December 22, 1881 in Virginia.^[5]

Thomas (35) married Launa Almeda Sparks (18) (born on March 20, 1876 in On the Mile Branch, Virginia) on March 14, 1895 in Mcdowell, West Virginia.^[6]
