Will of Thomas Baynard of Queen Anne's County, 20 June 1731 - 6 March 1733[1]

  • To daughter Rachel Baynard, part of a tract in Queen Anne's County, "Bargarden", conveyed to me for 150 acres.

22 May 1740, Esther, John and George Baynard, executors, recorded the final account of the estate of Thomas Baynard late of Queen Annes County[2]
