In 1880, Lewis W Adkinson (23), was a married head of household, Farm Laborer, in Monticello, Wayne, Kentucky, United States. [3]

His son was Wilburn Calvin Atkinson (1881–1931).

Lewis died in 1894 in Tennessee, aged about 37. He was buried in Springs Chapel Cemetery, Banner Springs, Fentress County, Tennessee.[4]
