Should only be applied to position held?

In the example of Adly Mansour (Q13593432), Mansour holds 3 different positions however was only appointed to President of Egypt (Q15618993) by Abdel Fattah el-Sisi (Q307871). By attaching this property to the person and not as a qualifier to position held (P39) it creates ambiguity. (I've edited Q13593432 to resolve this)

In light of this I feel like this predicate should never be applied to human (Q5) because it doesn't make sense without the context of an appointment. Thoughts?

• There is already a constraint that should prevent that it's used directly on items with P31=Q5, see Constraint_violations/P748#"Conflicts_with_instance_of_(P31)"_violations. I moved the misleading property sample to this talk page (see above).
