Former structure needs to be 'dissolved or demolished', but does it?

Here's the case of a formerly large industrial site that was carved up into separated redevelopment lots... but the original plant is still operating there under its original title, albeit on a much smaller lot. If this old-to-new connection is not a valid 'structure replaced by...' then what is it? Retired electrician (talk) 14:52, 26 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
