"When we have each other, we have everything we need" The city of Chicago was home to some of the best first responders in the state of Illinois, from Sergeant Voight's intelligence unit to the paramedics of Fire House 51. When an officer from OFI comes to 51 as a new liaison she makes a few heads turn within the house, her work sets a clear example of the standards she was set there to see. However a past friend from her time at the academy seems to throw her off focus. Blake and Anna made small talk during their time together, they spent days upon days competing in every available exercise, exam and drill until they passed and were sent in different directions.

These are one shots of Rachel Halstead, Jay Halstead, and Will Halstead from different ages, before their mom's and dad's death! So, these will be one shots from when Rachel is born till the time Jay and Will officially move out for college, leaving Rachel with their dad. So, we'll be doing one shots where Rachel's the ages of 0 - 6 years old. I'll also add some of where Rachel's older (till the age of 13), when Jay and Will are away in college and come to visit. Hank voights daughter, ex military is being hunted

When Jay doesn't show up for work, Kim gets concerned and decides to investigate.

This is the story of Kara Casey, cousin of firefighter Matt Casey down at firehouse 51. She became a police officer so she can become stronger emotionally and step over her feelings and her dark past. She also wants to protect as many kids from not living the hell she did when she was younger. Kara is a 23 years old girl who used to live in south Illinois with her parents until a drastic event occurred when she was only 9 years old. Matt took her in when he was old enough to take care of her, she was 16. This is my first attempt at writing a fan fiction so please don't be shy and leave comments on what I should improve and if you like it :) In this story I'm going to be taking you guys through Kara's story, her dark past and who she was and who she will become. You will get to know what really happened in her past. I will be trying to have crossovers with Chicago Fire and Med because she is really close to all the family down at 51 and Med well Jay's brother works there and because people will be going to the hospital ;) For Kara's character I chose Jenna Coleman because I find her sooo pretty and also I wanted a young face but not too young for this fan fiction.
