Steven Spielberg’s got his 2026 set. The still-unnamed UFO project he’s been working on since 2024 is coming out in June, according to a billboard in Times Square. The billboards (there’s one in L.A. too) are stingy with details. It’s the silhouette of a bird with the tagline “All Will Be Disclosed. Spielberg. 6.12.26.” But what, exactly, will be disclosed?
Fans in New Jersey caught Wyatt Russell and Emily Blunt filming the upcoming project in February of this year. Other actors going on a space ride with Spielberg include Colman Domingo, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and perennial hobbyist Josh O’Connor. The only other deet known at the moment is that the film issued a casting call for MRI techs in March.
Variety reported on a new UFO movie from Spielberg back in 2024, noting that the film will be a a reunion with Jurassic Park and War of the Worlds writer David Koepp. Will this film turn into a scene on the Universal Studios Tram Tour like its predecessors? That, too, will be disclosed June 12, 2026.
