US: The best way to purchase is through our US distributor, Chicago Distribution Center. Orders through our website will incur a shipping charge of $15.00 for 1 book plus $2.50 per additional book. Please note that you may be charged customs/duties at delivery.
Overseas: $30.00 for 1 book, $2.50 for each additional book
