Quick and Friendly restore
The AI bot was quick to try to help and offer the option to speak to a human. The wait time to be connected with a human was very reasonable. Sameer Akhtari was able to understand what I needed help with, not judge me for making the mistake to begin with, and got it fixed and back up and running quickly. I had been too impatient (my own words) to get a previously deleted server restored and clicked restore more than once.
