Still not received order or refund

Still not received order, their courier said parcel was bigger than expected although it is only size of small brief case. will not give refund or say when it will be delivered.

The staff were very helpful but poor quality products

The staff were very helpful, but scissors bought a week ago are already showing signs of rust and teapot costing £20 is the worst we have ever bought.

Now you charge for returns I will not…

Now you charge for returns I will not order from you again.
You save on business rates, staffing costs, heating and lighting in shops and rent by not having shops and the customer also pays postage. So saving these costs should easily save any costs related to returns.

A return fee is applied as the item/s are having to be checked over by our quality control team, steamed to ensure no contamination and repackaged (if the item/s are in a resalable condition), The items will then be placed back into stock.

As I’m sure you can appreciate that this is very time consuming and means that other customers may miss out on purchasing these item/s due to the length of time it takes for the unwanted item to be returned and processed via our warehouse.

Dress that was delivered had very badly…

Dress that was delivered had very badly made hem. They sent the dress squashed into the smallest parcel and I think this damaged inbuilt bra.
Trying to say made to order but on web site says they have 13 in stock.
Customer services very rude and unhelpful, would not buy from them again.
