Broke electric shaver cutter, couldn't find replacement on the High Street, tried Argos web site, located needed item. Ordered same, and paid. Item delivered next day; resumed shaving. Simples.

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover
Failure of battery and starter motor, remote from home.
AA . called by phone with difficulty as poor signal. Also difficult to get a response from telephone number given on my policy particulars. Did eventually make contact but recorded message told me that they were too busy to speak to me; leave name and number and would call back. Apparently they did at some stage but reception poor and call failed. I called the failed number displayed on my screen and got the busy message. Rang a bit later, same message., Gave up and called my wife who called on land line with success.
From that point Terry of the AA arrived ahead of schedule and painstakingly identified the fault, drove off on a 20 mile round trip to get a battery and returned to get me back in business albeit with a dodgy starter motor. Top man, 10/10.
Disappointed with the non-existent phone service, and but for my wife I would have been stranded all day. When she did get the Bank/AA the service was terrific.
If it wasn't for my wife and Terry, who played a blinder, I would have given Nat West phone service zero. That side of things needs sharpening up. Also there is no understanding of the fact that some people do not have the internet, and helpful suggestions that you can get the answers on the internet are not helpful.
I give the 5 score for Terry, of the AA.
