i have unlimited websites annual subscription for solid security pro (ithemes security pro) and they charged my creditcard and got no subsscription anymore and no support ticket answers and no ways to contact them . while security services should be 24/7 online they dont offer any support at all . be careful before dealing or buying any product from them and since they changed the brand to solid security they are cheaters scammers

un trusted serive they take my money
i have over 20 domains on spaceship account and it had been more than 2 years in spaceship. 2 days ago i got email that 4 of my domains will be auto renew in 10 days on 1 Sept. and since my salary is always on the first of every month it was ok for me to keep the auto renew.
then now today after only 2 days i got another email that the domains successfly renewd without any notification or any allow by my side
now i got a notification from my bank that my creditcard has been used over limit and i will have to pay extra charge to my bank for nothing and not my mistake
i contacted customer service and it was good and understand the problem (Vladimir S.) helped me so much to get a full refund but the problem now they canceled the 4 domains and removed them from my account while i still have the right to use them for the full year which i paid for this

so in my situation now i paid extra charge over limit to my bank for nothing and i lost 4 domains forever until another circle when the domains get down and expired

i will never use spaceship anymore and i will move all my other domains out
now i paid extra charge for my bank even after refund and lost the domains from spaceship and i will transfer out the rest and close account
i will refer this review with emails and chat history which prove that it was system mistake to ICANN .. spaceship should get ban from domain services for un trusted and not respecting customers and using stealing money system

We’d like to clarify how renewals work. When auto-renew is enabled on a domain, our system processes the renewal automatically without waiting for confirmation. That’s why you received the order confirmation email after your domains were renewed. If you don’t want this to happen in the future, you can disable auto-renew at https://www.spaceship.com/application/domain-list-application/ by toggling the corresponding option off.

Ahead of every renewal, we also send reminder emails 10–30 days before expiration, and those notices are always available in your account Notification Center https://www.spaceship.com/application/notification-center/ . Yet we understand the wording in the email notice can look confusing, and this feedback has already been passed to the responsible team.

Once a renewal order is canceled, the domain immediately goes into redemption and stops resolving before the end of the registration period. This is why our team outlined several possible outcomes with a redemption warning, and the solution you chose included a refund, so you were not charged in the end.

Please rest assured that we never charge without authorization – enabling auto-renew means you agree to have your payment method billed for the renewal, and we are not responsible for any extra charges your card issuer may apply.

It’s disappointing to hear you don’t plan to return, but we respect your decision. Should you ever reconsider, you’ll always be welcome back.
