THEY ONLY PAID $5 for a submitted claim…

THEY ONLY PAID $5 for a submitted claim for $1467. FIGO agreed $1293 was eligible. Policy for $10,000 max annually, $900 deductible, then 70% coverage. $1293 - $900 deductible = $393. $393 remaining times 70% = $275 to be paid by FIGO. Insured pays $900 deductible and remaining balance $118. ONLY WAS PAID $5. WHAT A SCAM

Great customer service

Great customer service, I was having a problem loading information on the website. She asked me to send the information to her direct email and she entered it for me. The warranty is now all in place thank you!

Offered first time customer 10% off…

Offered the first-time customer 10% off using code FIRST10, but when I entered the code was told it couldn't be used on newer cases. Would appreciate CaseTiFY would clarify that in their disclaimers. They state discounts can't be used with COLAB, does anyone know what that means? Had to look it up. My daughter had another case from a different company as an option. It was the same retail price, choose CaseTiFY due to their first-time buyer offer which ultimately wasn't available.

We are sorry that newly launched products, including all iPhone 13 series case, are not eligible for further discount. Kindly note that any promotional/discount codes are applicable only to non-collaboration items selling at original prices. Items that are already on sale, such as but not limited to, Archive Collection, Sale Collection, Collaboration Collection (e.g. Disney, One Piece…etc) and newly launched products are not eligible for further discount, since they are collections collaborated with other companies. We have to follow certain restrictions.
