The engineer (Mark) is always polite and courteous and explains the job in detail. On this occasion again he explained to me what he thought was causing the issue i was having but informed me i needed a plumber for the job. When i enquired further on the phone to robert heath heating it was explained to me very clearly by Steve what the job entailed and patiently repeated to me what I needed to know in order to get this issue sorted. Robert Heath heating have always been quick to respond and are very professional.

Deliveries are always excellent with polite delivery men. However, i booked my first ever return with them and would not use this service again. They claimed they could not access the address but when checking for update as it had not been collected it said there was no one home. There were 5 of us and a dog who always barks at the door and there is no way the doorbell rang. It said they would try again on the drivers next working day. Which happened to be a Saturday. I work this day and it wasn't collected. On the update it said i had informed them that it no longer needed collecting. I did no such thing. In the end i had to use To You via Asda to return it.

After receiving an offer for my ipod, i then followed the instructions on their website to clear all data from it. I found this to be really helpful otherwise I would have had to scour the internet ti do it. So saved a lot of time and really easy to follow. They kept me up to date with my order and sent me the money as promised the very next day after they received my item. All in all a very good, quick and easy experience
