quick and easy

the items I brought are Xmas presents so not yet tested. one was a game that is on pre order so again can't comment on that as its not realised until the 11th Nov. the ps5 delivery was very quick and easy to order. my decision to go with Argos over a few other companies offering the products a little cheaper, was the fact I'd collect nectar and Airtime points aswell. only time will tell if I recieve the black ops 7 preorder on time but im happy so far

excellent customer service

I purchased a i9 scooter back in August for my son's birthday. last week he came and told me that the tray underneath had broken. I reached out to the customer service team as it's still under warranty, and asked if they could send me a replacement undertray as I could of fit this myself.
within 24 hours I had a response.
they asked me to send pictures of the damaged to which I did.
again less than 24 hours I had a response. to my surprise their response was "as the damage is as bad as it is, they would send out a refurbished replacement".
no more questions asked.
I was extremely shocked at their offer as it was only the under tray I needed.
it has always been less than 24hrs response times via email. (bearing in mind it's Xmas time) and they have already sent out a replace which should be here in 3 to 5 days.
I am extremely happy with the service I have received . thank you

my 20 year old account has been…

my 20 year old account has been deactivated for absolutely no reason, and apparently, I'll never get it back because "I've violated community standards" I don't misuse anything, I don't comment or swear, I only have family as friends on there 71 in total...I've lost all my pictures and memories that I'd trusted in Facebook my scan photos baby pictures lost pets and memories of family that are no longer with us. I've cried for hours as I know I haven't done anything even after reading through the rules ...I've broke nothing. I'm struggling to come to terms with this...this is not just an account that's been abused I've had it since 16years old .I'm now 36. I don't understand why they've done this as I've just made another account and will have to spend weeks trying to sort everything out. utter disgrace. I've never been so hurt all my beautiful pictures!

I happy with the customer service but…

I happy with the customer service but not with the repair. the chip is in eye site and its looks worse to the eye now than it did before. the lad drilled it which I know is what your meant to do but after the resin it should be invisible really. from past repairs the chip was no long visible or barely visible mine looks worse than when it went In

conned out of the refer a friend offer

I have never had a problem with utilita until I decided to refer a friend (my mom) about 9 weeks ago now.
there was meant to be £30 credit for me and £30 Amazon voucher for her after she went live for 5days...
we still haven't received this.
after around 4 phone calls 4 emails and even facebook messenger conversations I was told I haven't referred anyone!
now I have had to go out my way to screen shot the emails they sent to my mom as proof, then send them over in emails only for them to be ignored.
phoning again today I still dont know what's going on.
I have been made to feel like I'm a liar and it's got me so angry the way I have been treated.
