My order was easily placed by phone and payment was straightforward.I was also given a like date delivery. When the delivery period arrived and exceeded I felt the need to call for an update.This resulted in an indication that it would be a couple more weeks before I would receive the delivery. The goods were simply dropped in our back garden and no attempt to notify us that they were there.We simply discovered them when going down to the garage.Plants were okay and suitably packaged.

Good telephone response and relevant information provided.Kept informed of the of progress. When Sean arrived he was pleasant and professional in his appearance and information supplied.He sorted my problem and explained clearly how to proceed in order to avoid a repeat of the issue and offered to supply and fit a new battery.I explained that I was in a position to access a source of a replacement and he graciously accepted my decision.I have now replaced the battery which had been in service for 13 years problem free.This was a General Motors OEM item.
the site was easy to follow and the information input requests were clear and concise unlike some others which I had visited.Pricing was competitive.I encountered a problem with my printer and was having difficulties downloading the documents which caused me to contact the customer services number.This was responded to in reasonable time and the operator agreed to send to me hard copies of the documents.ALL in all a good straightforward experience. h
As a very recent newcomer to Hello Fresh I have chosen to allow the company to supply meals of their choice to fulfil my meals for two orders.These have been okay I have to say but this week we were given Serrano Ham and butternut Linguine.which came with sweet potato substitute for butternut squash.Which was not a problem but the tenderstem broccoli was looking past its best and discolouring I had to replace this myself.Generally my experience has been interesting.I will need to review our position regarding future commitments to the system. .

We're so sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the quality of our ingredients.
We try to ensure the highest quality by working with trusted small Suppliers and by keeping the protein and dairy products wrapped in ice packs during transit and storing ingredients in our temperature-controlled facility before sending them out.
As for the shelf life, we don't normally source ingredients that contain artificial preservatives to prolong shelf lives, so we advise that all the protein you receive should last at least 3 days from delivery. If you have 5 protein based meals, then you should be able to use them at least within 5 days, while vegetables, if stored properly, should last the full week. If this was not the case with your delivery, then we'd have to chase this further with our suppliers in order to resolve this.

All good causes and tempting to jump in to support but potentially addictive so I took advantage of a combined entry option which looks like real value for money..
All together a very efficient and pleasant experience for me both in joining and leaving the arrangement.I have become conditioned to a certain way of operating and this Harry,s method and means did not suit me.I have no criticism of any of this organisations performance.
Simply very unsatisfactory handling of any issues.My experience to date has been the most awful,time consuming, unsuccessful attempt to get answers and solutions.If my experience this past 16 days or so is typical then I worry for Talktalks longevity.
