Figo drops the Ball on the amount of time they take to get your Claim done. I submitted a Claim on 8/20/25 & here it is 8/27/25 & my claim is still in Review. I am seriously thinking about dumping Figo & finding another Pet Insurance Company! Figo has not met my expectations whatsoever! Figo needs to do a lot better at processing claims in a timely fashion! I so far am not happy with the Figo turn-around time!!!

Hi Harley, we’re sorry for any frustration this delay has caused. We try to process claims within 7 to 10 business days, but some claims may take longer depending on the nature of the claim. Please be assured that your claim is being worked on and will be processed as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can track updates anytime by logging in to your Pet Cloud account.
