When we eventually managed to get through after waiting 30 mins to get an answer we spoke to an exceedingly lovely lady called Summer ( based in Glasgow) who,when we explained our small (but tricky problem) really went out of her way to help us and told us exactly what to do make the problem go away. She is a credit to OVO and if we have any further problems (hopefully we won’t) we will ask for her personally.

Sharon (customer advisor) was very helpful and gave us the choice of a variable package or a one year contract.
We were very impressed with her professionalism and decided to go for a one year contract.
Within minutes of accepting the new contract we received emails outlining all charges including direct debit costs
All round very good service and very acceptable rates
