Boiler Jice customer staff were very good in dealing with issues regarding express delivery of oil. The problem was the delivery service did not provide a delivery upon delivery and the Boiler Juice were not able to provide live updates. Since the delivery service did not answer their phone on delivery day was a problem. Boiler Juice did provide a copy of delivery. It seems to be the case that Boiler Juice needs to only use a delivery service that maintains a high standard in communications between the delivery company and, Boiler Juve and the customer..

Although we are being asked not to contact Ovo regarding the cap on unit price for energy I am concerned that my account has not been automatically assessed or explained. The Ovo information suggests this will be done FROM and not ON the 1st October. Is there a deadline when this assessment has to be completed for thos on economy 7 electric only fixes taken out at the end of June. Why stress the £2500 for electric customers need to be told the unit price since this will determine how much is paid per Kil hr.

Evaluation depends on how well established customers are treated during this stressful transition to the Government cap. Clear information for individual customers on fixes done in June as to how they will be charged from 1st Oct. We are asked not to contact but there is no assuring information from Ovo on customers with different fixes or how economy 7 fixes are goin to be dealt with. Ovo has already inflated the standing charge. They need to tell us what their policy is going to be. Problem then is lack of information despite being asked not to make contact.
