Nicely made black porcelain roses arrived safely and well packed and go perfectly with existing 100 year old door handles. Only criticism is that well priced 2 items (just over £2 total) cost over £9 with Royal Mail p&p!

Very disappointed- I know they are busy but when you need to get in touch you can’t. My order of leeks were despatched on 13 May, delivery within 48 hours. They didn’t arrive so a week later I e-mailed to report this. It is now 1st June and no reply and can’t phone them because they suspended phone calls. All I want is my leeks! Very frustrated
