Still have not received shed I ordered…

Still have not received shed I ordered about 10 days ago. I received 1 small package, presumably part of shed order, but no sign of remainder of order. So I do not have a shed!

Sofa purchase - no messing.

After we decided on sofa the purchase was completed very quickly and we were made aware of extras available, but no pressure to buy. Finally a guaranteed delivery date agreed.

Delivery problem.Wrong item delivered which delayed…

Wrong item delivered which delayed completion of project.
On the plus side the mistake was rectified, communications were good and product very good (though rather pricey in my opinion)

I love the club

I love the club. Sites and facilities always dependable, great network of sites in great locations, staff helpful and respectful so why not 5 stars? There are things I am not happy about. Site fees are becoming very expensive. Never thought I would be paying nearly £40 a night (per couple) at some sites in peak season. Why do we have "seasons" any way, it's a club for members isn't it? I think we should have standard prices all year round. My other bugbear? Why is club still charging for access to wifi? With free access outside at shops, pubs, cafes etc. and data access from mobiles is anybody buying on site wifi access? I know I don't!

Thank you for your review and feedback David, we are so pleased to hear you love the Club, it's sites and the staff.
I am sorry to hear you feel the sites are becoming very expensive. We try to ensure that our site prices are competitive compared to the local market and facilities that we provide, and our members now save £13 a night compared to non-member on our sites. We are a non-profit organisation, so any profit we make goes back into making the sites and the Club in general the best it can be.
By continuing to offer 3 Wi-Fi different packages (daily, weekly or annual) we then only charge members who wish to use this service, rather than applying the associated costs with providing Wi-Fi into the pitch fees.

A little rushed when booking, sales person advising that the holiday we wanted was in high demand and need to act quickly. Don't think that approach was really necessary.

Quick and slick!

We have used sentinel for many years now, 2 -3 times a year.
Car park IS very near to the airport
Always quick to process you on both arrival and departure.
Drop off and pick up at the airport has always been with minimum waiting time.
The new car park layout makes it even more user friendly.
