VERY HEAVY!

I haven't yet had a chance to use this saw,but one
thing is obvious.It is extremely heavy.Much heavier than the one it is replaceing.It's going to be extremely

difficult to handle one handed,up a tree.
After nearly two weeks,I still havn't been able to start it,using various choke settings.Today I did get a very brief "chug chug",so I'm living in hope

Slip in standards.

In the past everything has gone well This delivery,not so much.Despite my usual advice,an over large truck was sent and had difficulty manouvering.Also,the crate was badly damaged and had logs spillingout.
In all fairness,this was probably,at least in part,the fault of the delivery company.Many of the logs were oversize,so will not fit into my stove.

Glad you received the extra logs sent in light of the ones that were to big for you. As you mentioned the carrier had not handled the pallet very well causing the delivery issue. I will try to avoid this in the future.

As usual,the logs arrived on time and…

As usual,the logs arrived on time and with a friendly driver who placed them exactly where I wanted them.
The only slight hiccup,not a fault,is that the logs burn too quickly.Also,a lot of them are too long for my small wood burner.

Eficient company,product not so good.

In heavy rain,the postbox lets water in around the flap. The company did well with fast delivery and refund for items that were ordered by mistake.

Poor service.

Despite my being in the house the driver did not call or ring the bell.Quite by chance I had to go out later in the day and found my parcel in the middle of the path,despite the fact the porch door was open,which is where deliveries are usualy left,out of the weather and out of sight.I'm not impressed.

Timing.

Over the several years I've been a customer,my order has always arrived days too early and I have to ring to amend the next delivery date,usually to no avail. At one time I had two unopened packets in the house when a third one arrived.Having to ring up all the time is annoying and over the years,expensive.
I have not noticed any improvement in my condition.

I've been dealing with this company for…

I've been dealing with this company for several years now and while their product is very good,their timing is abysmal!Almost every month since I started dealing with them I have had to ring them to delay their next delivery, as they always deliver about seven to ten days too early.Maybe their computer can't work out a twenty eight day month,I don't know, but it is most annoying,not to mention the expense of constant 'phone calls,small though that may be.
I hope someone in charge of deliveries reads this and does something about it.

Good and not so good.

I sent this lamp back as it was apparently not working.I received a replacement in about a week,which was quite quick.Only when I looked more closely at the replacement did I discover an almost hidden on/off switch.This made the unquestioned replacement all the more impressive and me feeling a total idiot.
This switch is inside the glass bulb holder,which means when ever you want to switch it on or off you have to undo the top solar panel which is quite awkward and over a period of time I feel it will become loose.This is a bad design fault I feel
So,well done Expert Verdict,not so well done the lamp manufacturers.

I can't comment on individual products,as I've bought several over the last few months.All I can say is,they have all been as described,of good quality and a fair price.Delivery has always been fast.
