My only reservation is that, when I asked, they said that they were meant only to deliver the chair and not to unbox it. I was surprised at this because the website of the company from whom I purchased the heavy article clearly stated that the courier would 'bring your item indoors and unbox it wherever you need it'. I have since drawn this to the attention of the company.

I had a query about an article purchased. The company dealt with my query courteously and to my full satisfaction.

I submitted a report (together with several photos) on a defective article over two weeks ago. All I have received since are words! Nothing else. No sign of a refund. Appalling service.

One of the articles was defective. In spite of two attempts (with clear photographs of the defective item) to report this on the website, all I received were two identical 'stock' apologies ... and no sight or sound of any refund.
