The engineer who attended went above and beyond, explaining the problem and fixing it with a minimum of fuss. He also made recommendations for improvement, communicated well with images documenting the problem and the fix, and was very polite and friendly.

The technician wasn't able to completely fix the damage, even though the damage was only about the size of a £1 coin.

The only thing that you may find difficult is the delivery time can be very long, but if you're not in any rush, the wait is definitely worth the massive saving!

Booking was very straight forward, and the tickets were issued promptly (within the hour). I had to make a change to the booking, and once I got through, I the agent helping me was very polite and friendly and I managed to make the change I needed. However, I was on hold for approximately one and a half hours before I managed to get through. If I had got through to an agent more quickly, I would have given five stars.

The process was simple; request a pack for your glasses, and they get sent to you. You put your glasses with your prescription in the package and send it back to them. All the postage is already paid for (although you pay for it in the end, they just take away the hassle of doing it yourself). Once they receive your glasses, they give you a very friendly call to discuss your requirements. This means there is no confusion as to what you require. The call was made by a very competent and knowledgeable person, and I was confident that I would get what I was after. Once that is done, they give you an estimate of how long it would be before you got your glasses back. When I got my glasses, they even sent the old lenses! Great service, and much cheaper than on the high street.
