Dreadful after-sale

One of the articles was defective. In spite of two attempts (with clear photographs of the defective item) to report this on the website, all I received were two identical 'stock' apologies ... and no sight or sound of any refund.

We are sorry about that.

We have taken a look at the information held on the order page and can see that a prepaid returns label was requested to Royal Mail, for you to return the item, free of charge for a refund.
Once the item arrives back into the warehouse, our returns team will automatically process the item and issue you with your refund.
