The app is easy to use. It's the easiest way to get a little extra money when you need it. I recommended "Earnin" for anyone who wants to get extra money without all the hassle and damage for credit inquiries because of applying for numerous loans. Earnin eliminates all that by giving you an advance on your paycheck. It's that simple!!

My question was answered quickly and correctly.

The person that I texted with me was very polite and professional. He was able
to sort out out the problem, corrected it and explained to me what was the problem all in a timely manner.
I recommend this site to anyone that sometimes a little help in between pay periods.

5 stars, because although I wasn't able to receive a loan from earnin, I did speak to a very kind employee named Rico. he is the reason I am very satisfied ☺️ maybe give him a raise? ❤️ he is going above and beyond. that is rare these days. appreciate your employees and they will work hard and your company will see more success than you thought possible.

These guys do nothing but help and try to resolve any problem that I’ve had, but those were problems that are solved. Plus, they are very patient and also very kind. It’s hard to find that on these types of apps.

I will say earnin customer service is top tier jalemae was great and fixed the issue right away. Was very pleasant and respectful anytime I have an issue it always gets resolved and my questions are always answered I’m never left confused or still wondering at the end of it,

Great for payday loans

Good customer service, very up front about fees. Easy to work with in every way.

I paid my advance on time as usual today and when I went to go get my advance back it wasn’t there. When I reached out to support they said there is nothing they can do until it clears from my bank account even though it was already withdrawn from my account and posted on there end as it says the funds were received. When I explained this they said the balance needs to be positive as well. What I do with my money is my business as long as you got your money there shouldn’t be an issue.

I’ve hit life snags on more than one occasion and I’ve never had a problem getting a pay advance here.. although they don’t let you collect it all in one transaction which means you have to pay more fees.. but it has helped me

The rep took the time to see my pay goes in late. He waited patiently for me to confirm Earnin debits before my pay goes in. He definitely went above and beyond!!

Doesn't work with PayPal (where my direct deposits are sent to). Doesn't work with Varo (which, believe it or not *is* a bank but they say it is not). Doesn't work with Venmo. Essentially won't work with anything that I use.

So, I cannot finish setting up an account. But rather than leave me alone... I've gotten several emails harassing me to finish signing up. Take the hint, I can't! I've asked to be left alone to no avail.

Based on the complaints I've now seen, I am probably better off without them.
