I want to express my sincere appreciation to Javiria Ahmed for her outstanding support. She handled my server disk usage issue with great patience, professionalism, and clear communication. Javiria carefully analyzed the problem, safely removed unused files, optimized the server, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Thanks to her help, my server is now running smoothly again.

I don't know what service was used by…

I don't know what service was used by those saying this is a great host.... In less than 48hs I coudn't migrate any site. Their migration system doesnt work. It's not as flexible as other providers like dreamhost or hostinger. I wanted to give them a try as they could use providers like digitalocean or aws. But "startup coolness" apart... doesn't work at all their service.

Fast, reliable hosting and dedicated support

I’ve been running my websites on Cloudways with a DigitalOcean server since mid 2023, and my overall experience has been very positive. After moving over, I noticed a significant improvement in performance, especially in page load times once Cloudflare Enterprise enabled. On the support side, whenever I open a chat with an issue, the team takes it seriously, explains options clearly, and stays with me until the problem is fully solved in a short time. Even the AI chat can be very helpful if you already understand some technicals. I also want to give a special thanks to my dedicated account manager, Rabia Nazir, whose clear communication and follow-through are outstanding. That level of care is reassuring and a big reason I’m happy to recommend Cloudways to others.
