I went to boots to get a tooth repair kit for my cap that had fallen off. According to the staff in the shop, they told me to buy a dentek repair kit which I did. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good recommendation. Because it did not work at all after following the instructions I even tried to do this twice. And twice it fell off. It also made the dentist job a lot more difficult. So I decided to take this back to boots. Poor ducks, or it was an inferior quality or even a poor batch... so after going back into the store to return the item I showed them the the cap that kept coming off... reply from the staff was " If you've opened it, it can't be refunded" i can understand this for certain items, but an item that flat does not work in any respect should be refunded. They insisted that they could not refund me. I found this disgraceful as it cost me. £12 also extra costs at the dentist... So I asked them, how are you?Supposed to know that this product works without opening it. It's impossible said they said, well. Have you read the Terms & Conditions on the boots website? I said, no, because who does Anyway, I thought this was worth reviewing this not as sure as I'm going to be used in anything from boots anymore...

Terrible experience. I added a monitor to my basket at around £170 with a Valentine’s Day discount applied. Two hours later, without any warning, the price jumped to £221, suddenly showing an RRP of £290+ before “discounts”. Unreal. The same monitor costs £220(ish) directly from the manufacturer, so this artificial price hike is clearly misleading. These kinds of price adjustments feel borderline illegal and completely unethical. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact anyone at all to raise the issue. Shocking lack of transparency and customer support.

Carl and Darren w, delivered our large 10x8 shed yesterday, and what a wonderful job they did, explaining how there are certain panels to keep as dry as possible,then showing myself these boards advising that these are best covered with a tarp as the rest has been treated, and they are still better covered but not as vital, that was a great help, as I was unsure what part went where. Now I cannot wait for forest garden to build this. A five star service from a great company, whom have advised us all the way through the process of shed purchasing.

Catastrophically Bad company. Due to my extremely disturbingly bad experience with this fraudulent company I've decided to keep posting reviews in the hope it will help other people from going through this stressful situation, don't send your valuable items like phone's iPads etc with hope of getting any money for them, this company will give you empty promises and false hope, THEY WILL NEVER SEND ANY MONEY FOR ITEMS SENT, but if there is another who has got paid for their items they are few and far between.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Takes an hour to reach a person. When you do reach customer service, they are oblivious to why they are closing my savings account. After being transferred to a specialist, I was told they can cancel accounts for any reason. I have had a checking and savings account for four years. I have never been overdrawn or had any issues with either account. I was told by a “specialist” Capital One can close accounts at any time without reason. WOW!! DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!

I’ve been using the Niche Zero for over two years now, and it’s been rock solid. It works reliably every day and consistently delivers great results. Dialing in the right grind setting is especially easy and intuitive, which makes switching beans stress-free. The only downside is cleaning—if you don’t keep up with it regularly, it can be a bit fiddly. Overall, it’s a dependable grinder that I’m very happy with.

He showed vast knowledge of your products, had excellent communication skills and provided a calm, measured service.
