Got a i phone 14 plus end of October and wrapped it for my daughter's Christmas present she set it up and started using it on Christmas day within 6 days it totally froze we couldn't do anything with it so messaged and was told to send it back beginning of January they checked it and said the problem was fixed and returned the phone back within 2 weeks the exact same problem so again was advised to send it back which I did to be told that the phone is ok and there isn't a problem with it and today I've received the same phone back ,I've explained that there is obviously a problem with this phone as its only been used for a total of 3 weeks and broke twice and I wanted a replacement or refund as I can't keep sending it back every couple of weeks and of course my daughter is upset as I stated it was a present,this company was quick enough to take my money (nearly 400 pounds) but won't help or rectify the problem. Absolutely disgusting and wouldn't recommend anyone buying from here

Has anyone accidentally purchased something when they clicked on the Shop app without meaning to? Unfortunately, I ended up purchasing a lavender bundle when that’s not what I wanted at all. I thought I had removed it from my cart. I worked directly with Timothy Olsen, who fixed my cart for me after I had already purchased via the Shop app. In the process of fixing it, I want to compliment Tim on his excellent customer service. I already purchased two carry-on luggage from NOBL last year and liked them so much I decided to get two more carry-on bags for my sons! Love the product but now I love the Customer Service too! Thanks Tim for fixing my mistake!

I get that it was straightforward, non invasive, it gave the first dose for free. All positive experiences. And Ivy answered my questions and provided a groundwork of solutions. I hope to lose 16 lbs. I have gained weight trying, keto, and drops and pills. I am hopeful this will remedy my problem, I run in place 20 minutes each day and that does not work either. So I am at the end of my rope... Other than complete starvation, and that is temporary because when you stop you can increase weight again. I hope this method is permanent and a solution to maintain loss for the rest of my life. Thank you. Ann C

We ordered oil on the 14th January for delivery on the 28th January. It is now 3rd February and we have had no indication of whether we will receive our delivery, it will be at least a week late now! We have no heating, so family are freezing in the evening. We get told the message that we may hear about an update at 4pm each day, but never do...! We don't know whether we will get a delivery tomorrow, next week or even at all! Poor, uncompassionate service.

It took some time and several attempts but eventually I was able to speak to delightful Analisa. She was able, patiently, to take me through several steps, including your very necessarily lengthy questionnaire and eventually reach a conclusion. This, although not what I had hoped for, is entirely understandable, and appreciated. I hope to be able to speak with that young lady again, sometime! HM

Just had a bed delivered by these guys. They called before they arrived and gave me an exact delivery time.The 2 lads Saurav and Naseeb are an absolute credit to the company. Friendly , professional and really helpful. Also extremely respectful. No damage to any of tbe property. They actually took their shoes off not to damage new carpets. Could nit praise them highly enough
